If any Trailhead product ever lets you down, please let us know.Together we will decide whether your product is defective, damaged or just plain worn out.

Defective products are replaced, repaired or credited; damaged products are repaired and worn out products are "put to rest".

There are no charges for replacing and repairing defective products, minimal charges for repairing damaged and sage advice on what new product will suitable replace your worn out favorite.

Thats our simple solution to your warrranty concerns.
 

Returns

We will gladly take back any unused item accompanied with reciept and original packaging within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund. Products returned after that period or without packaging/reciept may be brought back for store credit only.

Sale items purchased at 40% off maybe returned for store credit only, while 50% off or more are final sale.

All undergarments are final sale.
