Good morning, I would like tell you how satisfied I have been with the service at Trailhead. I participated in a the Paddle Canada Certification Course yesterday and really enjoyed my experience. I would like to mention particularly how impressed I was with the way your staff handles everything from preparation to answering my numerous questions. I would like to mention the name of Josée Archambault who was extremely helpful. I can only praise her fully bilingual, courteous, professional and efficient service. The instructor, Jean Castonguay, was very skilled, professional and entertaining. We had a perfect day and learned all the paddling skills at the same time. People who work with the public convey the image of a company and these people are doing their job right! Bravo and thank you,
